Admin Volunteer (Birmingham)

At Acorns we provide care and support for life limited or life threatened children and their families. We are a charity, which means that the majority of the care that we provide is funded through fundraising and our retail shops.

Join Us as an Admin Volunteer!

We are looking for enthusiastic Admin Volunteers to join our friendly Supporter Services team based at our hospice in Selly Oak.

Ideally we are looking for volunteers who can support on Monday’s and Fridays, however this can be flexible.

• Counting donations
• Updating our database (Donorfy)
• Answering phones
• Handling post
• Scanning, printing & letters
• Helping with tombola's/hampers

Am I right for the role?

You must:

• Be sensitive to the needs of our children, young people and families
• Be caring with a warm and friendly personality
