Part Time Lottery Administrator

TLC Lottery are now looking for a Part Time Lottery Administrator to support the Lottery Manager with the day-to-day administration involved in running the lottery.  This role is offered on a part time basis, working 27.5 hours per week.

About the Role

TLC Lottery supports three West Midlands charities: Acorns Children’s Hospice, Birmingham Hospice and Focus Birmingham.  

As a TLC Administrator, you will:

  • Work closely with the Lottery Manager to ensure day-to-day operation of the lottery in maintained
  • Handle all general routine correspondence, emails and calls
  • Create and schedule weekly content on social media platforms
  • Ensure schedules and deadlines are met to enable the weekly draw to take place
  • Arrange and attend meetings as required

About You

  • Previous administration experience
  • Good social media understanding and experience of scheduling and posting content
  • Customer service focus
  • Accurate data entry

What We Offer

  • £18,333 for part time hours (£25,000 for full time)
  • 27.5 hours per week (over 5 days)
  • Based in Birmingham (B47 6JR), with home working
