Volunteer with Acorns at the The National Outdoor Expo (Birmingham) on 22nd & 23rd March 2025

At Acorns we provide care and support for life limited or life threatened children and their families. We are a charity, and our fundraising is vital to enable us to continue providing care and support to the children: it costs around £11 million a year to run our care services.

"We’ve got an exciting range of fundraising opportunities across the West Midlands, and we need your help to make these events a huge success! We're looking for passionate volunteers to represent Acorns at our stands and share our story.

• Looking for enthusiastic volunteers to represent Acorns at our stands
• Speak to attendees all about Acorns and promote the upcoming events and challenges (Information will be given to those volunteering)
• We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to dress up as Alex the Acorn on March 23rd! A chaperone will also be needed to help guide Alex, ensuring a fun and safe experience for everyone.

How much time will it take? 

The event is taking place from 8.30am to 5pm. You can join us for the full day or for 4 hours.
