Administrator

Acorns Childrens Hospice are looking for a Supporter Services Administrator to work within our fundraising team, providing administative support.

About the Roler

At Acorns Children’s Hospice we offer specialist palliative care and support for children and their families across the West Midlands. We are there wherever and whenever they need us, in the hospice, community and at home. 

As Supporter Services Adminstrator, you will:

• Provide administrative support to the fundraising team including dealing with enquiries by email and phone, sending thank you letters and handling post 
• Meet and greet visitors
• Update donor records on the fundraising database (Donorfy)
• Attend occasional fundraising events

About You

• Administration experience
• Experience of working with customer databases
• Strong written, verbal and organisational skills
