Acorns Children’s Hospice Trust is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Erdington Superstore. If you’re a results-driven leader with strong commercial awareness, a passion for driving profitability, and a flair for creating standout customer experiences, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of volunteers and deputy managers
  • Drive profitability and achieve sales targets by maximizing every commercial opportunity
  • Use data and trends to make informed business decisions
  • Create an exciting shop floor experience that sets us apart
  • Manage stock quality, pricing, and merchandising to optimize sales
  • Oversee furniture collections and deliveries to keep operations running smoothly

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £28,375 - £31,200
  • 37.5 hours per week, including weekend shifts
