Acorns Childrens Hospice are looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to support the delivery of key digital marketing initiatives including updating website content and scheduling email marketing campaigns.

About the Role

At Acorns Children’s Hospice we offer specialist palliative care and support for children and their families across the West Midlands. We are there wherever and whenever they need us, in the hospice, community and at home. Our aim at Acorns is to help families feel equipped to cope at every stage of their child’s life with dedicated teams offering psychological, emotional and practical support. 

As a Digital Marketing Officer, you will:

  • Work collaboratively with our Digital Marketing team of three
  • Help build marketing emails using Dotdigital
  • Help develop engaging and targeted social media ads

About You

  • Experience with digital marketing tools, particularly web content management with some knowledge of graphic design.
  • Experience using email marketing systems
  • Experience of creating social media paid ads. 
  • Working knowledge of web and social networking analytics, such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, HTML, CSS.
  • Experience in using Google Adwords, Creation of monitoring of Google Goals.

You need to be eligible to work in the UK to be considered for this role. We are committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults and therefore any successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check for children and will be asked to provide two satisfactory references.
